Laws are an important part of a so called enabling environment. The Robert Carr civil society Networks Fund invites donors and civil society to share solutions, best practices and lessons learned to achieve law reforms where needed. At the satellite session, the Robert Carr civil society Networks Fund is proud to present the latest reports and best practices on law reform for inadequately served populations. A presentation on up-to-date science will be combined with presentations on key legal and human rights principles for people living with HIV, resulting in strong human rights based approaches.
