The Robert Carr civil society Networks Fund ensures that the voice of those who need services, but are inadequately addressed, are heard through strong and effective consortia of networks, global networks and regional networks. RCNF’s grantee portfolio consists of networks and consortia of networks who address people living with HIV, gay men and other men who have sex with men, people who use drugs, prisoners, sex workers and transgender people.
