Tendayi Ndori – Mharadze holds a BSc in psychology and an MSc in epidemiology from the University of Zimbabwe. She currently works for CeSHHAR Zimbabwe as Project Director Key Populations. Her current portfolio includes managing the Sisters with a Voice program which implements the National Sex work program – targeting female sex workers and starting to work with Transgender and Male Sex workers. She also manages various research studies the most current being the National Size Estimation of female Sex Workers in Zimbabwe and the DREAMS Impact Evaluation.
Previously she has worked for UNAIDS as a Community Support Adviser which entailed supporting the government of Zimbabwe to better support and engage with civil society organizations and communities of people living with HIV, key populations and AGYW. In Zimbabwe she has worked as a Global Fund liaison for PEPFAR, a Grants Manager and M&E Officer for the Zimbabwe AIDS Network. Tendayi is a core member of the GFATM proposal development team which prioritized Key populations in their last application for funding.
